Warranty Claim

To make a claim against WoodEvo™, you need to fill in the form below with your name, email address, the product(s) you purchased, the purchase outlet, and a description of the issues. The description should cover details such as when you discovered the defect, the corrective steps you’ve taken, and the nature of the defect. After receiving your claim request, WoodEvo™ will contact you to request documentary proof of purchase from a WoodEvo™ authorized dealer and a photograph or other supporting evidence showing the defect in the product. All warranties must be submitted to WoodEvo™ within the applicable period. Claims must be received by WoodEvo™ no later than 30 days after discovering the defect.
