WoodEvo 2024-2025 Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter – The promoter of this competition is Naturaltech Pty Ltd, trading as WoodEvo (ABN: 99 633 858 938).
2. Eligibility – This competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Naturaltech Pty Ltd (WoodEvo) and its affiliated entities are ineligible to enter.
3. Entry Period – The competition is open from 11th November 2024 until 11:59 PM AEST on 28th February 2025. Entries received after this date will not be considered.
4. How to Enter – To enter, participants must complete a warranty registration form on the WoodEvo website, which includes submitting their personal details and uploading proof of purchase from an authorised WoodEvo retailer. Direct purchases from WoodEvo are not eligible. Each entry must meet the following purchase thresholds to qualify for entries into the prize draw:
   1. Spend over $500 but under $1,000: 1 entry
   2. Spend over $1,000 but under $4,000: 2 entries
   3. Spend over $4,000 but under $10,000: 5 entries
   4. Spend over $10,000: 11 entries
5. Prize Draw – The prize draw will be conducted digitally and live-streamed on a platform to be announced on WoodEvo’s social media accounts as well as emailed to entrants on 5th March 2025 at 11am. A single winner will be selected for the grand prize, along with four additional runner-up winners.
6. Prizes
   1. Grand Prize: $2,500 cash to one (1) winner.
   2. Runner-Up Prizes: $250 cash each to four (4) runner-up winners.
7. If the grand prize winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within fifteen (15) business days of being notified, the first-drawn runner-up will be awarded an additional $2,500 cash prize as a substitute for the grand prize.
8. Winner Notifications – Winners will be contacted via the phone number and email provided in the warranty registration form within five (5) business days following the draw. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure their contact details are current and accurate.
9. Verification of Entries – All entries are subject to verification. Winners must provide proof of purchase as uploaded in their warranty registration, which will be verified with the original retailer. Any deceptive or invalid proof of purchase will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
10. Privacy – By entering this competition, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with WoodEvo’s Privacy Policy. Entrants acknowledge that their information may be used to administer the competition, verify eligibility, and contact winners. 11. Limitation of Liability – WoodEvo accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries. WoodEvo reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond WoodEvo’s reasonable control impairs the competition’s integrity.
12. Acceptance of Terms – By participating in this competition, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
